Standard interview, with 2team members and supervisor. The culture and dynamic was very positive and welcoming, making the interview less stressful. I was a new grad at the time, and they verbalized offering mentorship and opportunities for professional development and growth.
It was an easy interview process. Got to meet the people and observe a treatment session after the first round of interviews. There was a tour of the facility as well.
It was a peer interview process usually following a brief interaction with manager. Felt comfortable and that the team was transparent. I would definitely recommend this place to work. They asked the right questions but I didn't feel they were super
