Initial phone interview from a recruiter, then an in person at the hospital. The process was easy, but felt like I was just a number to them. I was also given different information about patient staff ratios, and it felt like they didn't know the answers to my questions.

The interview process went very smooth. Questions consisted of why should they hire me and why do I want to work for them. Pay was discussed and my availability. I was hired on the spot.

First interview after resume. They asked pretty standard questions. Phone interview. Experiences within CNA career. What would be expected, and what areas of the facility I may be working in. Everything was pleasant.
