Interview process was streamline and effective. There was a delay in communication for follow up interview but everything else was very professional and prompt. Have nothing bad to say about the process

Question 1
A lot of questions for a time when something happened and your reaction
The entire process was very clunky and disorganized. Bad communication all around. I felt like my time wasn't respected at all. The overall description of the department given to me wasn't positive or reassuring making me not care if I was offered a position or not.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2015
Interview
Three to four months long; multiple interviews with no feedback and no contact between interviews; interviews with people who would not even be involved in my work; no opportunity to chat with current employees of the same level
