Easy, fast, comfortable. I came in and they asked me to describe myself and what my goals were. Also asked me why HCA, I just said I liked the atmosphere and colleague interaction in the unit.

To describe myself and what my goals are for my future
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
