Three different levels. : 0 behavioral.
1. Basically, just informative meeting with someone like a recruiter.
2. Skip level. I had a camera meeting with the Director. 30 minutes long where they discussed high level project and timeline.
3. Hiring manager camera. Very in depth but very comfortable.
