They invite you to the hospital, first you have to go to the HR departament and then they route you to the right place. From there you meet with the nurse manager of the unit in which you are interviewing.
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
