I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2022
Interview
For my interview I was invited to a phone interview. When I logged into my phone interview from the phone number they sent me and logged in the code they sent me, I waited for 30 minutes before deciding to hang up. Then I get an email later that night that they pulled my application instead of an apology or reason why they couldn’t make it to the interview. Very unprofessional and rude.
Phone screen with hr, followed by an in person interview panel. There were three, thirty minute interviews with a panel of different leaders and staff members. Once complete, a phone call to wrap up the interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Mine was very quick; however, not all were the same. I know some that took a few months. Went in for an interview Thursday, got an offer the next day. So far it's been a nice experience. Would recommend.
