I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare in Sep 2021
Interview
The process began with an interview with the recruiter. After this phase, I advanced to a phone call with hiring manager. Next, I did a virtual panel interview. Once that was complete, I did a full day of in-person panel interviews.

Interview
I applied online to a marketing director position based out of Nashville. Couple of hours after application I received a link to an MBTI type of questionnaire. It was a lot of questions. I'm not quite clear what they are trying to achieve with early on MBTI testing. After I completed that I heard nothing from the for a month. Later I received an automated email that they will be proceeding with someone else this time. No contact from HR, not interview despite my very strong credentials to at least make it to an interview stage.
Overall, it felt like they had an internal candidate and posted the position for just exactly two weeks to see if they'll be able to find someone more qualified.
