I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Lakewood, CO) in Jan 2023
Interview
Recruiter connected with me and sent me a confusing link to access the interview. The link mentioned this would be a video call interview but the recruiters email mentioned this would be a phone interview. I ended up being ready for a video call interview just in case. Job post had a different job description than the position the recruiter was actually interviewing for. The position was for a HR coordinator to assist with employees, support HRBP and hiring managers, but the position was mainly focus on onboarding new hires so basically all the questions were directed to that. I felt tricked into answering the questions focus on the HR support side of the house since I didn’t know they wanted to know about my onboarding experience. They never mentioned in the job post you also needed to commute to two different locations. It was very frustrating that I have never even heard back from recruiter if I was moved to the next step or not. The position was closed on the website so I am assuming it had been filled.
Phone interview -> online interview -> in person interview
made sure to ask if i would be let known on the next steps regardless of what the outcome is at the end of the week. i didnt hear back, so i reached out to them a week later. it is nearly a week and there was no response to that follow up. :/

Question 1
my experiences at my past jobs that will help me in that role
I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Draper, UT) in Mar 2025
Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews for this position. The first was a recruiter screening - 30 minutes - standard salary expectation questions and questions about experience with 3 behavioral type questions. The second interview was an in-person interview with the hiring manager that lasted 1 hour. Also pretty standard questions and more of a conversation around the role and my experience.
It’s my understanding there would have been two additional in person interviews following the hiring manager screening.
