It was fairly easy with standard interview questions. There were two nurses who were present during the interview. The environment was very comfortable/relaxed, but still very professional. They were busy that day (lots of discharges) so the interview started a bit late, which is understandable given the nature of the profession.

It was with the recruiter and the nurse director. I shadowed the floor. The interview lasted for one hour. They asked me scenarios, different classes I've taken, my previous jobs, and why I'm interested in joining healthcare.
