Applied online, same day the recruiter sent a follow up email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview of her going over my resume and experience I was scheduled for a in person interview with the director of the unit I applied to. After the in person interview, I was asked to shadow a nurse on the unit. Then I revived a phone call the next evening with a job offer.

During the in person interview I was asked my experience and what I could bring to the table. I was asked what a typical shift was like for me at my current job. I was asked why I chose the unit and company to apply for. Also what my long term goals are for my Nursing career.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
