Interview
First was a phone interview asking what I was looking for in a job, then she described the job duties and asked if I wanted to come on-site for an in-person interview. Next was a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, standard questions about my experience, why I was leaving my current position, etc. A week after the interview with the hiring manager, I was invited to a peer interview over a Zoom call. Three other medical assistants sat and asked STAR method questions for 30 minutes. One week after the peer interview, I was offered the job.

The interview process took me about two - four weeks to complete, start with phone interview and if they really liked you will be interviewing with a practice manager. I got a call and offer a job the next day after the interview.
