The interview process is awful. You get contacted by a Recruiter, who head hunts you down, with the mundane Recruiter spill about how your qualifications are what they are looking for. You get excited about someone taking an interest in your credentials, and start preparing your mind for the process. You respond with interest. You are asked to provide your contact info and resume. You hear back from the Recruiter that they have to slow down on the applicant pool and work the first wave of interviews. I am dissatisfied with their protocol as this is an established company, who should have streamlined their processes by now.
