Phone interview, very quick they set interviews for available units. They give you the salary as well, and give you little background on the units. Overall be prepared to hear about hca, the program and answer few questions in your resume
I had a phone interview with a recruiter. She was very nice and easy to talk to! The interview only took 30 minutes, and by the end, she had scheduled my in-person interview for the following week. I think as long as you prepare for the basic interview questions, you should be fine!
