the company was doing a project with my ex-employer. One day they approached me and expressed they would like to expand the business and to do so they would like to engage me as domain consultant. initially I gave negative answer to the offer. However the preserverance shown by the company I agreed and the process started. The person heading the BFSI division and VP HR called me for a interview. My experience was enough for the two to take decision.
