The Hiring or Interview Process is very slow. The recruiters will take more than one month to complete the interview process. No matter how you apply or perform in interview, you will never get the result / feedback on time. They take 8-10 days to schedule interview round & again 8-10 days for collecting result / feedback from Interviewer. The recruiters will keep the profiles on hold without any valid reason. The process is pretty fast for first 2-3 rounds, and then it goes dead slow. No proper coordination between Recruiters, no proper planning & prioritizing. Just for a Support Job they will take weeks to decide whether to Select or Reject.
