After i applied in december they called me in february.Skype interview, a few questions about AD and MS office, plus some language check. After the techq part there was the language, with a native speaker.
The interview at HCL Technologies was straightforward and professional. The panel focused on practical experience, problem-solving, and communication skills. Questions were clear, and the process felt organized. Overall, a positive experience with a friendly atmosphere and timely follow-up.

The company came to our college and conducted drives. The interview was basically on english communication skills and some computer knowledge. The interviewer wanted us to speak fluent English. I got selected after giving two rounds of interview
