I was interviewed for the Functional Consultant and it was only round which was conducted. Post which i have recieved document collection and HR confirmed about the selection as well. During offer discussion HR is negoitiating like vegetable market. Really disgusting. Just because now this company is holding good position in the market does not mean that you will offering package 40% less what he is currently getting. Is this how you are treating employees as well and that is reason lot of people are leaving big companies. Advice to Management Treat every candidate with utmost care and respect their caliber. Dont just look the package of employee as numbers its the talent of candidate you should care. People who are going to join please be aware of this type of politics.

The interview was for ISU DM consultant. I was asked to report at 10AM, but the process started only after 3PM. Despite knowing the fact that I was from a DM background, the interviewer deliberately kept asking Billing and FICA relevant question.
