Interview
HCL ISD is mainly involved with networking, storage ,database, security, UNIX etc. Good communication skills is a must. First round is an aptitude test followed by a grammar test. Third round is a spoken communication test where your fluency and vocabulary is checked. Next is the technical round where you are required to know all the basic stuff and you must have a fair knowledge of the subjects no programming questions are asked. Lastly is the HR round. Be sure to speak as fluently as possible in all the rounds.

From my experience the interviewer unexpectedly asked a question from a subject which was not in the curriculum that i studied, but one must be aware of the recent updates in technology.
