Most of interviews process will be
1. Email from HR or Recruiter
2. Call for scheduling the interview (you can ask for Job description, if you did have till that time)
3. Call from a Technical Panel
4. Once you get through Technical Panel, there could be another round with Client, Face to Face or by another Panel
