I'd say most interviewers were underqualified and it was obvious this company is bidding on projects based on cost only with zero consideration to quality. In the end, I received an offer that was 10% lower than what was discussed. By then I had a few offers, all about double the HCL offer, which I declined. Only work here if you are unemployed or that's your best offer. Stay away from this company. It has severe integrity issues.
