Very unprofessional. I was contacted by a recruitment agency and I had 2 interviews of 30 minutes each. Honestly very easy and I expected more complexity I spent a month without hearing from them and even the recruitment agency had no updates since they themselves came to ask me or asked me to tell HCL to contact them Last week they told me that I had already been selected and another day they asked me for a final interview that same day. 2 interviews were scheduled this week and on both occasions the HCL interviewer could not attend, I was not notified in advance and I had to join the call so that someone from the agency could tell me that it needed to be rescheduled.
