I joined through third party, so there were two rounds. One was versant and second was with hiring manager, it was not that difficult. Overall it was a good experience and joing through third party is also fine as after 7- 8 months they will automatically absorb you in HCL payroll.

Very low hike percentage even after 8 year spend in organization they are not providing standard salary or hike , interview process is something when you are immediate joiner then welcome
