Foi um processo rápido e humanizado. Todo o processo foi feito em inglês com o RH na India via meet, isso pode ser um pouco complicado para quem não tem ou tem pouco conhecimento em inglês.

Question 1
Se eu tinha conhecimento na área de atuação. Como seria para trocar de empresa. Se eu estava de acordo com os benefícios e salário oferecido.
I applied to the UX Designer role offered through the "Rise at HCL" program. The application process was twofold: first, I had to pass an online aptitude test before getting a face-to-face interview. The online aptitude test was just ludicrous - I was asked coding, SAS, and operating systems questions which do not reflect the responsibilities of the UX role. A red flag, but somehow I passed and decided to interview anyway. The actual face-to-face interview was very pleasant. The interviewers were jovial and attentive, and kept the interview brief and straightforward. A good end to an otherwise unsatisfactory application process.
