I recently had the opportunity to attend a technical interview for the position of SAP FI Consultant at HCL Technologies, and I found the experience to be highly engaging and insightful. The interview process was well-structured, with a clear focus on assessing my technical expertise in SAP FI and my practical experience in the field. The interviewer began by discussing my background and experience, particularly in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions. They asked detailed questions on specific SAP FI modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, which allowed me to showcase my knowledge and experience in configuring and managing these areas.

I applied through third party. First round was telephonic interview with basic questions. Then second round was through HCL assessment app. It was managerial round about project lifecycle, difficulties etc.
