Had a robust interview process followed by 2 rounds of technical interviews and after getting selected it was not the end of all had to literally fight for the offer letter which they rolled out after 2months of selection and after i joined again met a new challenge which was client round followed by multiple internal interviews .I am literally exhausted in this process and i dont see anywhere in this organisation rather than just waiting for the right opportunity.
Its too much a screening process here and employees are not given chance to work and learn.Might be different in other accounts.But if client round doesnt happen in the initial phase before joining then it's difficult to get into a project
