HCLTech Design Engineer Mechanical (Pro-e) interview questions

The hiring process is completely unprofessional. They called candidates through vendors/contractors who send a particular JD with HCL templates. JD clearly states that requirement is for 5-7 yrs of experience. HR at the venue tells that the requirement is for max exp of 3 yrs only. They sent back many candidates, without even handling it properly. HRs were rude and said to contact the vendors. Vendors are not our vendors but of the company. HR stated that JD was sent by vendor and not by them, for me its a complete non-sense as company needs to control what JD is floating. They wasted 3 hrs of all.
