Three interviews back to back to back and a coffee chat at the end. They usually have people take the accounting test, but I was able to get away with it, since I already pass all four cpa exams.
First-round would be a 30-min interview on behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about 3 to 4 behavioral questions. Remember to prepare as many personal examples as possible because the interviewer will surprise you.
