Very friendly staff and straight forward interview. Mostly behavioral. They want to see you are a good learner and are eager to always find something to do. It was a good experience and the company has a very strong culture

Phone interview with one of the Senior FAs. Not the easiest guy to talk to but the interview was really short and straightforward. The interviewer seemed to be just meeting me to see if he would like me specifically to join his team. He won't be making the hiring decision.
