Applied online and spoke to the recruiter. The recruiter didn't ask any questions about me and just talked about the role and HD supply for 30 minutes. At the end of the call he said my experience lined up with what they were looking for and he would reach out the hiring manager to schedule an interview. I didn't hear anything for a week and then was sent a rejection email with no context or explanation. Very unprofessional.
