The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HD Supply
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, very relaxed, simple background questions. A few days later, face to face "coffee house" interview with DM. No pressure interview, some situational questions, mostly background questions. Next was a phone interview with HR, again very relaxed interview, many of the same questions. One more phone conversation with regional ops. Mgr. Nice conversation. This was a fast, process, very relaxed.
I applied online. I interviewed at HD Supply (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2011
Interview
Initial interview at location, additional phone interview with Senior Manager, final phone interview with Human Resources. Process was thorough, and I was provided opportunity at each stage to ask questions concerning the organization and culture.
