Interview
The hiring process includes an Online Assessment to test basic skills, followed by a Technical Interview to evaluate technical knowledge. Candidates then participate in a Case Study Discussion. and finally attend an HR Round for overall evaluation and offer discussion.

Question 1
The interview questions test the understanding of data analysis, knowledge of Excel, and basic SQL queries. I was also given a small dataset and asked to identify trends and present insights. The case study focused on interpreting business data and recommending solutions based on the findings. Questions also covered problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and communication skills when presenting analytical insights to stakeholders.
