The interview process for me was 4 rounds. 1. HR Round (US) 2. Hiring Manager Round (US) 3. India Head Round (India) 4. Department Director (US) I have cleared all the rounds until the 4th. During the director round, the interviewers believed that my experience exceeded the requirements for the role and that I was more suited to a strategic position. So they didn't provide an offer. They could have eliminated me in previous rounds. The entire process took more than 2 months. The interview questions were more generic to the role and theyir expectations.
