Pick the time and date that works best for me two days in advance and was notified via text message 30 minutes prior that an urgent call had come up. After reading more about this company, I was on the fence and had a strange intuition that something weird would happen. Sure enough they had text messaged me. Candidates should look elsewhere for companies that value them as people of importance. Candidates bring in new energy and new ideas to companies and should be the priority. A phone screening is a great opportunity for both sides to learn something but the cancellation due to a higher priority call is a definite sign of something deeper.
