I applied online, and was contacted via phone and set up an in person interview with 2 members. When I got to the office only one member could conduct the interview the other was in "in a meeting". Just your basic first round interview no hard hitting questions. However, I found it very unprofessional as they never contacted me back to set up another time to meet or just to let me know that I was not going further in the selection process. A simple email would of been nice it takes 30 seconds.
