I applied online, was reached out to in 48hrs by the Coordinator who scheduled a call with their Hiring Manager. I then went on to interview with the Regional & the VP. I was informed by the VP that there would be a 1-2 week waiting period before I would hear back bout next steps, as it was the Holidays & there were details to discuss with Ownership. I waited a little over 2 weeks, sent a thank you & followup email to the Hiring Manager & Coordinator. Silence.
I waited another 2 weeks to revert back yet again, politely requesting feedback & update, again I was ghosted.
I had really wanted to work with HHM; their culture & portfolio seemed very impressive & refreshing.
Very misleading indeed, considering how their recruiting & HR team treat potential candidates.
Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Interview process was just odd. I met with about 15 ppl at the corporate office, some of which were bothered to meet with me and some that didn't even know why they were a part of my interview process. It was "less than welcoming".
