Interview
first, they call you and ask you if you can pass a background, and drug test, and if you are vaccinated before they interview you. Then, they interview you, then you get sent off to a clinic for a drug test and bloodwork. They make you do a fit test they have you squat, lift 20lbs, and walk up a flight of stairs.
