Applied online. Received a call from HR a month later. Moved on to phone interview with hiring manager and an in person meeting with hiring manager and one other person. The HR phone interview was your standard HR interview. The hiring manager interview was basic and she did most of the talking. She has zero experience conducting higher level interviews. The questions she asked were appropriate for entry level jobs. I hung up the phone with several red flags about her and the team. The in person interview was with the hiring manager and another director. Both are firmly committed to mediocrity and only cared about being liked. I dodged a bullet working for this team. The interview process and people were amateurish.
