I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HP Inc. (Chennai) in Oct 2023
Interview
All of the questions were mostly asked from my resume. Had three rounds. Technical, behavioural and hr. Each of the rounds eliminated candidates. Technical had average difficulty and mostly covered everything mentioned in resume. The behavioural was inclined towards the basic hr questions and a little technical. Hr had the basic hr questions like what do u know about the company, are u ready to relocate, are u clear about the salary
The recruiter was chasing me and after the interview he just ghosted me and when I sent a mail to the manager whom I had an interview with asking about a feedback, the recruiter rang me just once and when I called back, he told me he was busy and would call me again and never called and I was never even rejected on the portal
It was medium-level of interview: consisting of two rounds. The first round was general behavioural questions, and the Second round was based on my previous project. I had to give a presentation for the project.
