Interview
I had a screening call with a recruiter. They seemed very positive that the HM would reach out to coordinate the interview. They said to contact back if i didnt hear back from the hiring manager within 2 days. I reach out via email 3 days later and no response. The posting was taken down. I understand if they are no longer intersted in interviewing a candidate but have some compassion and professionalism and don't ghost someone who you specifically asked to reach out to you. Reflects poorly on the values of the company.
The screening was otherwise very with questions about what I have on my resume.
