They fly u down from wherever you're at. Start off with submitting some claims. They had several superdays for S&T this year, 3 if im not wrong. About 7 of us there. You do some admin, then it starts. Everyone had about 4 rounds of interviews. 2 behavioural 1 technical 1 presentation (Case study where you had to present off one of their research reports - (could have found it online before, not a secret report)) they'd ask you questions about financial markets knowledge) There was a networking lunch in the afternoon, pretty standard.

It was only 4 online interview questions, which were not tough to handle. But you don't have much time for preparation. One question took like 20 second to reflect on a case study you just read.
