3-4 hour accessment. 1. HR 2. Serveral managers will interview you and they will ask different questions, little technical stuff. Eg. why HSBC, why commercial banking, what technical challenges do u think HSBC is facing and how to solve it etc...

Fairly easy process, although I messed it up. They give the advice to know who you are and how it aligns with your experience, which is really useful for their process. As it's a fairly soft-skilled-oriented interview, I'd recommend really listening to the questions and answering as well as you can. I'd also recommend looking at the company's 10-K and any content available online about the commercial line.

Virtual Experience day consists of an introduction, 3 interviews and tasks from different interviewers and a concluding session. Interviewers are generally nice and supportive. Some questions are a bit challenging.
