Interview
First I had to complete the online application which included a form, but I also had to submit a cover letter and my CV. Then I had to complete two online tests (a numerical one and a psychometric one). They were followed by a phone interview. The next step would have been the assessment centre.

Tell me a situation where it was difficult for you to act morally.
Online assessment consisting of personality questions and basic math questions followed by video interview asking basic questions and investment decision. There were several video interview questions consisting of basic behavioural questions.
It was a standard interview asking about interest and testing your basic problem-solving skills for the Spring Insight Week. It was a recorded type of interview with standard questions and no follow ups.

Please tell me why you are interested in this role
the interview was fairly straightforward, not many difficult video questions, and only about 4 of them. Time management is the main challenge in my opinion, as it has to be done under 40 minutes
