Interview
The interview lasted for 20-30 minutes. Questions include why did you choose HSBC; which department do you want to work in and why. First round was with HR, then department head. Interview wasn't hard but must prepare information for company's background.
After application, first round is HR phone interview which is more on behavioral questions and going through my CV, second round is interview with reporting manager, more like a casual chat, then offer received soon after

if passed, there will be a face-to-face interview with line manager. I got the email for manager interview several days after the phone interview.
