Had an online assessment first, including questions to test logic capability and define personality. Then there was a video interview with scenarios, including how to work in a team, time management ability.

How do you build relationships with new team employees?
Quite friendly and accomodating. I had a computer science background so it was a bit harder for me but for someone who spends enough time understanding finance concepts it will probably be easier.
