There are 7-8 questions regarding the motivation to apply for this position, the reason why we should hire you, and experiences showing your leadership. Also, there are some questions similar to TOEFL questions such as which country do you want to go.
Lots of stages, with a mix of different managers. Much too lengthy process. Could have been narrowed down to 2 or 3 maximum. The actual interviews themselves were not too difficult.
