Pretty confusing. Mismatch in what they needed versus job description. Disappointing to know such large organization does not know what they are doing. I did not expect that. Nice people but unclear.

Have a structured, staged process. They have an initial HR screening which was ok and standard in nature. This was followed by 2 levels of competency based interviews and then a know your team, business intro session. Throughout the session the folks were welcoming.

Horrible, interviewer was 15min late, future co- collogue was so in fear and out of breath that in my mind was clear; "I'm not going to work for this guys"
