The interview process consisted of three stages: HR interview, Initial interview, and Final interview. The Initial interview primarily served as a technical assessment to evaluate your suitability for the role. Additionally, situational questions were included to assess your personality and work habits. Overall, the process is manageable with adequate preparation. Although I did not receive an offer for the initial role, I was redirected to another position instead.
