I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Video interview followed by 2x manager interviews lasting about an hour each. All were virtual interviews, standard competency based questions including challenging situations, dealing with stakeholders, delivering projects within timescales

Question 1
Tell us about a time you've had to build consensus
I went for 4 interview rounds.
1. Recruiter
2. Personality Test
3. Interview with department head
4. Case study round with colleagues
The last round was a waste of my time. The company didn't even get back to me and asked to send the case study over. It seems like they are sourcing for ideas from interviewers on how to develop their product.
