Interview
The interview process consisted of three to four rounds, starting with a preliminary screening followed by more in-depth interviews. The first round was usually with HR to cover the basics and assess cultural fit. Subsequent rounds involved discussions with potential direct managers and team members, focusing on technical skills and problem-solving capabilities. The selection process consisted of four rounds: Coding, Behavioral, Technical, and HR. The interview mainly focused on basics of SQL, computer networks, writing code in any one programming language, and SQL queries. Aptitude questions were also included. There was no discussion about projects, and the process did not proceed to the HR round.
